What is Drone Forecast?
Drone Forecast — Mobile Assist is an Android weather and flight preparation app. It combines weather, wind at altitude, analytics, maps and checklist functionality for drone pilots.
Can I use it on iPhone or a computer?
This website and its tools work in a browser. The app linked here is the Android edition on Google Play. Check that listing for device and regional availability.
How do I change units or my drone?
Open Settings in the app. Select the drone profile and the units you prefer, then return to Weather or Wind to read the forecast in that context.
Where does the weather come from?
The app combines weather forecasts and geographic information for flight planning. Forecasts are model output, not measurements at your aircraft. Check the selected place, forecast time and actual conditions on site.
Does the map authorize a flight?
No. Map layers are planning information and vary in coverage and freshness. Check current official restrictions, local requirements and any permissions for your exact location.
What is free, and what is Premium?
The app offers free access with limits and optional Premium. Premium includes extended planning features such as weather analytics. The current app offer is the reference for availability, price and subscription terms.
What if the forecast will not load?
Check your internet connection and selected location. If using GPS, check the location permission. Try again and contact support with your app version, device model and a description of the problem.
How can I contact support?
Open the app’s Google Play listing and use the support options shown there. Include your app version and the steps needed to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or payment details.
